Volunteers have always been at the heart of Big Bend Habitat for Humanity. Together, with the financial donations of partner sponsors and the donated labor of volunteers we are able to make Big Bend Habitat's mission possible.

For more than 30 years, thousands of people like you have supported Habitat’s mission with gifts of time, talent and financial support. To join our diverse league of volunteers, please contact Juanita Ross, Volunteer Coordinator at (850) 574-2288.

We welcome all volunteers and have many different ways in which you can help participate in Big Bend Habitat’s Festival of Trees.

Sponsorship

Big Bend Habitat greatly appreciates all donations, big and small, to help make our Festival of Tress successful. We know our volunteers and donors are the real heroes- we can't do our work without you generous support.

Once again we thank you for your generosity. You truly do make a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We will be happy to provide you with a donations form for tax purposes.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Sponsor the Festival of Trees:

Any area business, organization or individual may sponsor the Festival of Trees by making a monetary donation. In exchange for a sponsorship you will receive advertising for your business and other amenities such as tickets to the various Festival events (based on sponsorship level). Sponsor a Tree:

Area businesses, organizations, clubs, schools, families or individuals may sponsor a tree to be displayed for silent auction. Sponsors choose their theme and size of tree, 4ft of 7 ½ ft, and donate the tree and its ornaments for auction. Tree sponsors are responsible for assembling their tree on set-up day. Please refer to the "Tree Donor Guidelines" for more details. You may receive a tax deduction for you donated tree and ornaments. Donate an Item for Auction or Raffle:

During our opening event, the 'Memories of Home' preview Gala we will hold a silent auction full of items that have been donated by area businesses and individuals. This is an excellent way to promote your business and help Habitat at the same time. Donated items are tax deductible. To donate items contact Marti Chumbler at (850)513-3612. Serve on the Festival of Trees Steering Committee:

Planning an event such as the Festival of Trees takes months of hard work, creativity and commitment. We are fortunate to have a steering committee of community volunteers to help us plan and carry out the Festival each year. If you are creative, have a special talent or are simply a hard worker we would love to have you help with this event.
